We use the form to get to know you so that we can personalise your earring mystery box and select 3 pairs of earrings that will match your style. If you've seen a pair on our Instagram or Tiktok that you love let us know in the 'Item Preferences' section of the form!
There is also a space for you to tell us your favourite colour so that we can pop a scrunchie that you will love in your earring box as an extra treat.
- Please note that these are just earring mystery boxes, they do not contain necklaces or any other jewellery that we put in the normal mystery boxes.

Important Information
We will try our absolute best to fulfil any item or colour requests but if due to stock levels this isn't possible we will substitute your item for a similar one that we hope you will love just as much!
If you have requested for your order to be packed on TikTok we will try our hardest to do this for you. However, if we receive a lot of requests for this we may be unable to film yours on TikTok. Don't worry you will still receive your personalised mystery box in the post!
