Please be aware that the jewellery listed separately on the website on the Necklace and Earrings pages (except the gummy bears) are not included in the mystery boxes.
Please also be aware that this mystery box will contain a number of scrunchies included as a selection of its items. This is standard for a majority of our mystery boxes on the website. Please note that claw clips are not included in any mystery box apart from the £25 size.
Please fill in the form with as much detail as possible. We use the form to get to know you so that we can personalise your mystery box and fill it with items that you will love and actually use. Talk to us, tell us your favourite colours and items - tell us your least favourite. What kind of scrunchies do you like - Fluffy? Patterned? Silk? Have you seen an item on our Instagram or Tiktok that you love? Would you like your box to just be hair accessories? Dig deep and think of anything that we should know to help us create the perfect box for you. Although we can't tell you what is in your mystery box, we can tell you that the value of the contents will be equal to or more than the price of the box.
Please also note, that due to the box being a mystery box while we can take theme requests/item requests. These are subject to stock levels being available. We also are unable to take specific item requests for the entire box, to stick with the theme of the box being a mystery.
If you would like your mystery box to be totally random just put 'RANDOM' in the text boxes below and we will select the items going into your box for you so you can get a nice surprise.
RINGS: Unfortunately we only have rings in the XS size in stock at the moment. If you do not wish to receive one of these then please select 'no' in the question regarding rings below.
DUPLICATES: To avoid receiving duplicate items from previous orders, if you have received products from us before please write them in the "ITEM PREFERENCES" text field of this form.
Important Information
We will try our absolute best to fulfil any item or colour requests but if due to stock levels this isn't possible we will substitute your item for a similar one that we hope you will love just as much!
If you have requested for your order to be packed on TikTok we will try our hardest to do this for you. However, if we receive a lot of requests for this we may be unable to film yours on TikTok. Don't worry you will still receive your personalised mystery box in the post!
Care Instructions
As our jewellery is costume jewellery please be mindful that it should be treated with care.
Some tips to keep it looking sparkling:
- Remove the jewellery before showering, bathing or swimming
- Avoid spraying the jewellery with perfume or other beauty products
- Take the jewellery off before sleeping or napping
- Wear the jewellery with gorgeous outfits - it loves to be worn!
